Jonathan has been coordinator for the playscheme since its formation.

With two children himself and a strong active involvement in the local Deaf community he is well placed to the role.  Jonathan attended D Zone for many years as a child and his father was an inspirational youth leader for D Zone as well as Bexley Deaf Children's Society so Jonathan is following in his father's footsteps with a passion for Deaf children in the area.

Jonathan is also Secretary of Charlton Athletic Deaf FC which has a youth team.  He set up D-Self Badminton club and also organises many local events such as rounders matches in Greenwich Park, Christmas parties and Catford Deaf Pub.

Jonathan is an advocate with Deaf Access and a Sports Coordinator with Active Signs.  On top of all this he is also a budding actor with roles in BBC's Switch, Channel 4's Vee-TV, Meet the Magoons as well as countless other roles in education videos and short films.
